Uniqueness of a Hologram
Uniqueness is inherent in the very process of Holographic Recording. If the same holographer but at two different point of time or if two different holographers but at the same point of time, were to carry out holographic recording from " the positive" of each layer, minute examination will reveal subtle differences between the two versions of the same hologram created by them. Thus it is impossible to make an exact replica of the hologram and therefore it is regarded as virtually impossible to replicate.

A Hologram is the "Interference Pattern" on the photosensitive coating on the surface of the glass plate created by the interaction of two beams of coherent light from a laser. Each time a holographic recording is undertaken, there will be subtle variations in the above referred "Interference Pattern", making such pattern unique. Thus, uniqueness is inherent in the very process of holographic recording. It is not possible to make an exact same replica of a hologram and hence it is regarded as virtually impossible to replicate.

A special chemical coating known as Temper-Evident Coating on the Base Polyester Film imparts an additional security feature to the hologram, to detect any attempt at its unauthorized removal from the surface of a product or of its packaging or of a document. We can supply holograms in both sheet form and spool form :
Sheet Form : The holograms are supplied in sheet form suitable for manual application. Each Sheet is serially numbered for proper accountability of the holograms. There is no gap required between two holograms for square hologram with sharp edge corners, but a gap of 3 mm is required for circular and rounded corner holograms.

Spool Form : The holograms are supplied in spool form with a gap of minimum 2.5-3 mm between two holograms. These holograms can be applied both manually and automatically using automatic dispensing machine

Origination Techniques
2D/3D holograms - They are the first generation holograms. They have good depth with 2 or more layers and are colorful.

3D Holograms - The holographic image for 3D holograms are mad from real model. It has a good feel of depth and 3D appearance.

Dot Matrix holograms - Dot-Matrix holographic allows mplementing unlimited computer controlled and laser beam engraved dots in holographic. This Dot-matrix holographic is the result of designs comprising many tiny dots, where each dot is a separate diffraction grating. They create a beautiful impact of variable images

True Color Holograms - True Color Holograms is made up of photographic quality art-work. If counterfeiters can't get the original photo, they can't duplicate holographic close to original one.

E-Beam Holograms - It is the latest origination technique. It has high resolution for nano features, guilloche effect and has sharp images. Security Ratings are very high for this technique.

Additional Security features in Holograms
Tamper-proof / pressure sensitive / tamper evident : Tamper-proof holographic sticker will be damaged when it's removed. Tamper-proof holographic sticker's holographic image cannot be removed without being destroyed. Any attempt to tamper with the hologram results in top layer of the film separating from holographic image. What is then left in the hand is a clear film and the holographic image stays where the label was originally affixed. Then sticker cannot be reused anymore and any attempt to remove it defaces it further.

Transparent Holograms : These are see through holograms. They are ideally suited for document protection where the need is to protect vital information on important documents against any attempt of tamper. Passports, Identity documents, Driving license, Bank cheques, Drafts, certificates etc. are only some of the application for this product.

Pattern Release and Overprinting Release Hologram Sticker : Pattern release holographic sticker leaves customized design, word or image which is separated from aluminum layer when removed. Overprinting release holographic sticker leaves overprinting word or image

Scratch Holograms : They are a substitute for the ordinary scratch stickers used for prizes, discounts and other marketing activities.

Scratch coating can be applied on hologram to hide the matter on the hologram. Such scratch off holograms offer authenticity and provide protection against any alteration. The holograms, being tamper proof evident, ensure that they cannot be peeled off from the original substrate and pasted again on counterfeit product or voucher.
